A sell-out event, the Taste of the Hudson Valley attracts the participation of more than 50 executive chefs who lead restaurants of regional distinction. Many are graduates of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America right here in the Hudson Valley!
The concept of the Taste of the Hudson Valley is simple – yet like no other food and wine event in the region. Every participating restaurant prepares two dishes – each dish is then intimately paired with a world renowned wine. The result: an epicurean delight of food and wine and an event that attracts people from all over the country!
