Delicious food prepared by the Culinary Arts students of professor Chef Mike Ditchfield of Penn College’s School of Hospitality (subject to change; $2 to $6 depending on the dish*)

  • Lake Country Egg Roll with wood grilled chicken, duck, tasso ham, Italy Hill Produce vegetables, grape chutney, spicy mustard, red pepper oil
  • Pulled Pork Sandwich, apple horseradish and cabbage slaw
  • Lamb Barbacoa Burritto, smeared with Italy Hill Produce pepper puree and braised in beer.
